Certified Personal Trainer Danielle has been passionate about health and fitness for many years. Danielle has been an avid runner for many years, competing in high-school and at the collegiate level in long-distance events.
She not only lives a healthy lifestyle, but also "walks the walk" with a BA in Health Sciences and currently attending graduate school for Physical Therapy. Danielle has experience training people of all ages and fitness levels, and has a strong background in working with individuals who have special needs.
Danielle strongly emphasizes functional training as she believes it is the foundation for individuals to become the healthiest version of themselves possible. She believes that training should be fun and and challenging by mixing it up every session with core functional training.
Danielle offers a holistic care approach working with her clients to achieve their fitness goals, nutritional goals, and most importantly- their peace of mind and happiness in seeing the results they desire. So regardless if you are a beginner or experienced athlete, Danielle can give you the tools to reach your goals.
When she’s not training clients, Danielle enjoys working out at the gym, hiking, yoga, kayaking, running, biking, swimming, skating, reading, writing, spending time with her loved ones, and competing on the Bradentucky Bombers Roller Derby team.
Elizabeth is a Certified Personal Trainer who’s approach to fitness integrates strength and cardio training with balance and flexibility, along with nutritional guidance specific to an individual. She places an importance on enjoying exercise and helps her clients find workout styles that bring them joy instead of dread, while also guiding them to their fitness goals. Elizabeth believes that integrative wellness includes mental well being and balanced living. Along with diet and exercise, she helps clients identify lifestyle adjustments that will better serve them in their search for a healthy transformation.
After several years as a business manager, Elizabeth left the corporate world to pursue her passion for wellness. She received her personal training certification through the International Sports Sciences Association and couldn’t be happier to have found her place in an industry that resonates with her.
Elizabeth’s fitness background began in a ballet class for three year olds, and she spent the next two decades studying dance. In that time she learned the joy that comes from pushing one’s body beyond what they thought it was capable of. She strives to help clients achieve that feeling through whichever means of exercise resonates with them most.
Outside of fitness training, Elizabeth practices yoga and meditation, leads a vegan lifestyle, enjoys playing the piano and guitar, and is happily adjusting to life as a newlywed. She maintains a balanced fitness regimen herself, but still finds time to dance around the house when no one’s home, staying true to her roots.
Certified Personal Trainer Yessenia has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University. While enrolled in Florida International university she worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor while being a full time college student and being president of the Student Dietetic Association.
She was awarded the personal trainer of the year award in 2017 for going above and beyond in helping her clients reach their goals. Her goals are to become a sports nutritionist. She is currently working on getting licensed as a registered dietitian.
Her areas of expertise are; weight-loss, hypertrophy, toning, HITT, circuit training, and nutrition. Yessenia is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. Yessenia struggled with being overweight as a child and when she discover how nutrition and fitness were so essential for a healthy life she became in love with the process and decided to help other do the same.
During her free time Yessenia loves to dance, go to the beach, workout, and try new food! She believes that life is about balance and lives by the Moto Dream, Believe, Achieve.
Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist, Morgan earned her Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from The University of Tampa.
During her time in school, she has worked in a variety of settings including private and public community fitness centers, hospital-based and clinical wellness programs, corporate wellness, as well as working as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
She currently oversees a Fitness Center in a Recreation Facility and joined the B Powerful team to be able to work individually with people and help them achieve the best version of themselves.
She wants her clients to feel empowered and have the confidence that they can achieve their goals. Her philosophy is little things are big things and focuses on the little victories to achieve the big goals. She believes that exercise is one of the best forms of medicine and achieving wellness is all about balance.
Morgan’s specialties are in resistance training, rehabilitation, functional training, muscle building and weight loss. During her free time, Morgan enjoys cooking, weight lifting, running, painting, and walking and playing with her dog.
